Synopsis
Raymonde Chandebise suspects her husband is having an affair. She decides to set a trap for him by summoning him to an anonymous rendezvous at the Hôtel de Minet-Galant. Mr. Chandebise answers the call and sends his loyal friend Tournel, unaware that the chamberlain, Poche, is his double. The hotel then becomes the stage for a gigantic farce of successive misunderstandings, lies, deceptions, and comings and goings that unfold without anyone stopping them.
